This was the seventh new motorhome purchased by this couple in Idaho. They have never had pets in the coach, it has never been used as a residence, and was primarily used to travel as volunteers in building churches during a few weeks in the summer. Family illness is the only reason this coach is for sale. As you’ll see in the photos, this coach was the pride and joy of its owners and is like new inside and out. It was always stored in a climate-controlled building when not on the road. The couple did not smoke, so the coach smells clean. When you enter this Country Coach, you immediately get a sense of just how clean and well cared for this one is. It is nearly impossible to find a coach on the market that has been this well maintained. Country Coach offered a “design package” that was ordered on this one that includes day/night duo blinds throughout the vehicle. The color choices are very neutral and beautiful. When ordering this RV, the owner decided to pay the premium to have all the cherry wood upgraded to hardwood in place of veneers. The quality and feel this upgrade brings is hard to describe. Both couches have hide away beds, and one is a queen-sized air-inflated mattress. Four adults and two children sleep comfortably in this coach. The master has a queen bed with upgraded mattress and max storage package. Both TV’s were upgraded when new, and the coach features two full surround sound systems. The bedroom has a Dolby 6.1 surround, and the main living area features a Dolby 5.1 surround system. Both sound amazing, and it’s unique to RV living. Equipped with Aqua-Hot water heating system, this coach has a tankless instant hot water heater, so you never run out of hot water, radiant heat throughout the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles, and an engine pre-heat system that will heat the engine to cut fuel costs during warm-up. There is a diesel burner or electric heating element in this system. Your choice of operation. The heated floor feels so good during cold mornings, set the thermostat to the desired temp, and the system handles the rest. This water heating system also regulates the liquid tanks throughout the chassis turning the heat on at temperatures that drop to freezing. You needn’t worry about water freezing should you find yourself in a cold climate. The Aqua-Hot also has an air heating system that uses the hot water as an exchange to heat the inside of the coach. This is a very efficient and comfortable system. Very safe and quiet as well. Both front chairs have recline, are heated, and best of all, are upgraded to include massage. Yes, you can get a massage while driving down the road or just relaxing at your destination. An expensive feature when new, but worth every penny when your back could use it. The interior lighting is a premium option as well. All lights have soft-touch switches that allow you to dim each area individually. Easy “all off” buttons located throughout the inside, making it easy to be certain you aren’t leaving a light on when leaving the coach. Numerous switches throughout will activate the water pump should you find yourself using the water in the tank. This coach has extra-large holding tanks. A built-in pressure regulator will keep your appliances and pipes safe. If you are not familiar with Country Coach, you will not find a better-built RV from this period. Country Coach pioneered many of the features enjoyed by RV owners today. The “Dyna-Max” chassis is built on the bus style. Make no mistake; this is not the typical school bus or Freightliner chassis vehicle. The Allure is a full bus construction RV. The independent front suspension combined with a lifting tag axle allows you to turn easily into small spaces. Few RV owners enjoy the benefits of a tag axle. This coach is easy to drive as it tracks nicely down the road. The suspension is adjustable to match your driving style. The owner decided to pay the $5,000 upcharge to go with the Cummins ICL 400 HP engine in this coach. The smooth ride, combined with Cummins power makes long travel a breeze. The optional driver's computer by SilverLeaf brings you a high level of onboard diagnostics. Notice the screenshots in the photos. You get the benefits of professional trip data, all engine and house diagnostics, and the ability to control the generator from the driver’s seat. Enter the mileage to your destination and the computer will keep track of your arrival time, how much fuel you will use and need to get to the destination, and all of your engine and transmission data including turbo information. Push a button and start the generator in motion giving the passengers access to all A/C units and electronics. Viewing the photos, you will see the large under storage bays with high-quality central locking doors. Yes, you can lock the doors with your remote key or with a switch located near the entry door inside the coach. The storage bays have been upgraded to dual directional sliding storage systems. Super heavy-duty and convenient. The water bay is stainless steel and features LED lighting, aux switches for the water pump, hand wash with soap dispenser, sprayer, water filtration system, hose storage, and the list goes on. The ability to flush your gray and black tanks with fresh water is a nice feature. The front nose cap will open with the press of a button revealing the Onan 8000 Quiet series two-stage generator. This is a very high-quality generator capable of powering both air conditioners and all the powered items in the coach. Diesel-powered, so it runs on the same fuel as the coach. The generator is also up to date on all service and maintenance. This coach being a bus chassis gives you the benefit of full air ride suspension. When traveling, the system is always sensing the body and keeping the coach level. When parked, the system will use the air suspension to self-level the coach and keep it level. No jacks needed! Just push a button at your destination, and the system levels the coach. Complete air brake system keeps you super safe as well. Easy maintenance and stops when you need it to. The quality of this vehicle is found only in a few makes and commands a price tag today over $900,000. The list price of this coach when new was over $400,000. With low mileage, it is impossible to find as much value in the current price range of this one. All house and starter batteries replaced this month. Please, ask any questions you have; this is a coach you do not want to miss out on; it is not one we can replicate. It is simply too clean, highly optioned, and very well cared for. All original owners handbooks and manuals are present. Odometer Reading: 27160 Transmission: AT VIN: 4U7A8DY1771035144

INTERNET-ONLY AUCTIONS Internet only bidding allows you to place a bid for an item prior to the auction lot closing online. In an internet-only auction there is no live auction. WEBCAST AUCTIONS Webcast auctions allow you to bid in real-time against other bidders or place pre-bids prior to a lot going "live".
